In his human-specific performance \u2018It's Your Life\u2019, Peter Schulz invites his guests on a playful journey through their own lives. Equipped with headphones, the participating audience members set off in a meditative audiovisual atmosphere in search of traces of their past, get to know each other and together venture a glimpse into their possible future.<\/p>\n

The game rounds are only ever for small groups of spectators\/participants, so registration is required.<\/p>\n

The performances \/ game rounds take place at K-Lab des Kuklturb\u00e4ckerei e.V.<\/a><\/p>\n

Peter Schulz learnt the principle of Human Specific Performance through coaching from the director Nullo Facchini \/ Tantou<\/a> from Copenhagen, who created this form of performance over twenty years ago and has been working with it ever since.<\/p>\n

Comment\/note on the interactions at \u2018It's Your Life\u2019:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participation in the playful main part of the performance is an invitation. It's not about dragging people onto a stage to do something there!
\nNo one is encouraged to perform in front of others or to present themselves or anything else!
\nRather, in the main part of the performance, the \u2018game round\u2019, the participants tell each other about moments from their lives in a small group and listen to others - similar to the way people take an interest in each other in private conversations. Thoughts about the past, present and future are exchanged in a relaxed, informal atmosphere.
\nEveryone contributes only what he or she wants and what he or she feels like doing!<\/p>\n

How intense and how insightful the performance will be for the participants is therefore up to each individual \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

Nevertheless, \u2018It's Your Life\u2019 is not a self-awareness workshop, but still a performance!
\nHow does it work? Just try it out, be part of it and join in! But please don't forget to register \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n
