Nic Schmitt
Im Oktober 2007 gründeten die beiden studierten Theaterwissenschaftler, Performer und Regisseure das pad als gemeinnützigen Verein.
Erfahrungen in der Theaterorganisation sammelte Nic Schmitt zuvor beim Rüsselsheimer Kultursommer.
Peter Schulz war mehrere Jahre als Geschäftsführer des Theaterausschusses Leiter der Mainzer Universitätsbühne.

Das Leitungsteam wird unterstützt durch die Assistenz der künstlerischen Leitung, Lena Wagner, unseren langjährigen Sound- und Video-Künstler, Lichttechniker und Bühnentechniker Mo Walker, ehrenamtlichen Helfer*innen sowie durch befristete Mitarbeit von Praktikant*innen, Assistent*innen und verschiedenen Personen für bestimmte Einzelaufgaben.

We are always looking for volunteers, helpers and interns... so: become paddy!
Whether to work in the operations office, to organize events (evening duty), to accompany rehearsals as an assistant or observer, or with stage technology, how much, how often and in which area you would like to get involved, whether on a regular basis, daily for a limited period of time or even just to a few individual appointments by arrangement, all of this can be arranged with us depending on your possibilities and your willingness to work.
